A concrete starting point.

Use the bundled synthetic example before introducing company data. No account connection or business files are needed for that first trial.

  1. Install the skill in your assistant.
  2. Open its bundled example input and supporting files.
  3. Ask for the named skill, then review its output against the sources.

A request to try

Use ecommerce-support-copilot with the bundled example. Match each ticket to its order and policy, prepare a draft reply, and separate cases needing human approval. Do not send messages or issue refunds.
Illustrative workflow
Customer message
Only one of my two items arrived.
Order evidence
Check line-item shipment records before replying.
Next action
Draft an update; escalate if the second shipment is unknown.

This is an illustration of the work, not a recorded model result or a performance claim.

Where human review matters

Replies remain drafts. Missing tracking details and policy exceptions must be visible; the workflow does not send messages, cancel orders, or authorize refunds.

The repository includes local helper checks. Passing those checks does not validate language quality, your business rules, or a production integration. Python 3.10+ is needed for the helper tools.
